Terms & Conditions

  1. Training Duration: The training program will be conducted over a total of 200 hours, divided into three semesters.
  2. Attendance Requirement: Students must maintain at least 90% attendance to be eligible for the final examination and certificate of completion.
  3. Punctuality: Students are expected to be punctual for all training sessions. Late arrivals may impact attendance records.
  4. Weekly/Fortnightly Tests: Tests will be conducted weekly or fortnightly to assess students’ understanding of the material covered.
  5. Minimum Passing Marks: A minimum of 75% marks must be obtained in each test to qualify for job prospects post-training.
  6. Project Submission: At the end of each module, students must complete and submit a project related to the topics covered in that module.
  7. Project Deadlines: Projects must be submitted by the specified deadlines. Late submissions may result in penalties or disqualification.
  8. Final Examination: At the end of the training, a final examination will be conducted. Passing this exam is mandatory to receive the completion certificate.
  9. Certification: Certificates of completion will be awarded only to those students who pass the final examination and meet the attendance and project submission criteria.
  10. Job Opportunities: Students who consistently score above 75% in tests and complete all projects on time will be considered for job opportunities or placements.
  11. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to maintain professionalism and respect during all training sessions. Any form of misconduct may lead to disciplinary action.
  12. Resource Usage: Students should responsibly use the resources provided, including software, tools, and study materials.
  13. Group Work: If any projects require group work, all members must contribute equally. Lack of participation may affect the individual grading.
  14. Progress Monitoring: Regular monitoring of student progress will be conducted, and feedback will be provided to help improve performance.
  15. Plagiarism: Any form of plagiarism in projects or tests will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
  16. Make-up Classes: In case of unavoidable absence, make-up classes or sessions may be arranged, but it is the student’s responsibility to catch up on missed material.
  17. Module Completion: Students must complete each module before proceeding to the next. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional assignments.
  18. Communication: Important announcements and updates will be communicated via email or the designated communication platform. Students are responsible for staying informed.
  19. Technical Requirements: Students must ensure they have access to the necessary technical resources, including a computer and reliable internet connection, for participating in the training.
  20. Termination: The training organizers reserve the right to terminate a student’s participation in the program for failing to meet the above terms and conditions.
  21. Place of Training: The training will be conducted at Infinity College. Attendance at the specified location for all training sessions is mandatory.
  22. Training Company Name: This training is organized by CyberDairy Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., which is committed to providing students with quality, industry-relevant skills.
  23. Trainer Name: The training will be led by Ashish Vishwakarma, who specializes in web development and related technologies.
  24. Job Guarantee: Completing this training does not guarantee a job. The primary goal of the training is to equip students with the necessary skills and enhance their capabilities. While students who perform exceptionally well during the training may be given priority for job opportunities, there is no guarantee of employment.
